W. Kevin Williams - Partner
Kevin received his B.S. in Construction Science and Management, and Minor in Business Administration from Clemson University. Equipped with over 20 years of industry experience, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any engagement. Kevin has held a variety of operational leadership roles as well as multiple business leadership roles. During his time with one of the nations largest Construction Managers, Kevin was tapped to start and lead the Interiors & Special Projects Division, and ultimately the Market Leader for the Nashville office. Challenged with the confines of corporate America, Kevin set out to focus on his true passions - helping clients solve their project challenges, and helping individuals grow to realize their full potential.
Scott Gibson - Partner
Scott earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Auburn University and Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. Through nearly 20 years of experience in construction and engineering, he managed preconstruction efforts for regional and national construction projects for one of the largest global real estate developers; lead the Nashville preconstruction department of a nationally recognized construction company including office towers, residential towers, and large-scale healthcare projects; and managed structural engineering teams and projects for various construction projects around the Southeast. Scott is a structural engineer by trade and training, and he combines his engineering and construction backgrounds to provide a unique solutions-driven perspective for all project types.
Danielle Kohnen - Senior Project Manager
Danielle earned her B.A. Design Studies, B.A. Interior Design, and M.S. Construction Management from Arizona State University. Through her fifteen years of experience, she has a proven track record of overseeing higher education, commercial, and industrial projects from design through construction. She has successfully delivered results through budget constraints, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages and challenging municipal, state and federal environments. Her focus on client satisfaction ensures success for all stakeholders
Cassie Jackman - Manager of Business Affairs
Cassie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has an extensive background in start-ups and high growth companies, which contributes to her versatility and dedication in her work. Her strong communication and organizational skills enable her to manage a wide variety of tasks effectively - ensuring high quality service to clients. As a strategic asset to leadership, Cassie drives the company forward with poise and effectiveness while fostering collaboration amongst each of our teams.
